All info before booking

To make a reservation, you must provide your personal details. The operator will send the customer a letter of confirmation of the reservation, which will only be validated after the hotel has received a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the stay, to be paid by the date indicated on the confirmation letter.

Each Costa Vacanze Hotels Club prefers to manage bookings with weekly stays and with arrival/departure on Saturdays or Sundays. Stays of different durations and with midweek arrivals/departures may be evaluated together with the operator, subject to the availability of the period chosen by the customer.

Le rooms will be available after 1 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. 
Arrival is however understood to be with lunch, which starts at 12.30 p.m., and departure after breakfast. I meals not consumed during the stay will not be deducted from the final bill.
The Costa Vacanze Hotels Club facilities offer their guests the possibility of settling the balance of their stay in one of the following payment methods:
- in cash
- by cheque
- by credit card (excluding American Express and Diners Club)
- with ATM
- by bank transfer prior to arrival at the hotel.

Payment by cheque will only be accepted if made on arrival at the hotel, while the balance of the stay in cash, credit card or debit card is due at the hotel no later than the evening before departure.
In the event of cancellation of the reservation for demonstrable reasons of one's own (health or family), this regulation will be applied to the deposit paid:

in the event that the reservation is cancelled up to 45 days before arrival at the hotel, the 90% of the deposit* will be returned;
in the event that the reservation is cancelled 44 to 20 days earlier upon arrival at the hotel, the 50% of the deposit* will be returned;
in the event that the reservation is cancelled 19 to 8 days before upon arrival at the hotel, the 30% of the deposit* will be returned;
in the event that the reservation is cancelled 7 to 0 days before of arrival at the hotel, the deposit will not be returned in any way.

*The deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation of the booking is due to serious health reasons or serious family reasons, such as bereavement, etc., and adequately supported by appropriate certification (medical etc.). 
Alternatively, the customer may discount the full amount of the deposit at another time of the season, for a stay of the same duration as the one originally booked. Otherwise, the deposit will be discounted proportionally. The period and structure are at the discretion of the Costa Vacanze Hotels Club Management. 
In the event that, for whatever reason, the customer leaves earlier than the departure date indicated on the confirmation letter, he/she shall only be required to pay for the days spent at the hotel and a penalty equal to the room price up to a maximum of three days (as per hotel regulations).
Pets are only allowed of small sizeand only accepted if kept in the room or in the garden. They are not allowed in common areas, especially in the dining room. 
Regarding theentrance to the beachPlease note that not all lidos are authorised to accept animals. Therefore, when booking, it is advisable to ask for adequate information for your pet.
Hotel lists may be subject to changes. variations during eventsbridges, weekends and various public holidays. In such cases, prices can be consulted on our websites.

Furthermore, the prices of Club Costa Vacanze Hotels may be subject to change in the event of a tourist tax or VAT increase.
