The Riviera Romagnola is a true land of fun, not only for its most famous clubs and discos, but also for the numerous events organised throughout the year.

From sport to music, from festivals to celebrations involving the entire coast, here is a brief overview of the events not to be missed.

Pantanissima - April

Every year in spring, this cycling event is organised, symbolically passing through the places that witnessed the glory and rise to success of the great cyclist Marco Pantani. A Granfondo cycling race to admire the evocative landscapes of the Apennine hills.

Nine Hills - May

It is the most important cycling event of Romagna that each year attracts thousands of sportsmen and women who wish to compete in 200 km route among the hills of Romagna. The Nove Colli is an experience of healthy cycling that has its roots in the 1970s when the first edition took place.

Pink Night - July

Regarded as the most important event on the entire Romagna Riviera, it is also known as the Summer New Year. A long weekend of concerts, shows and exciting fireworks all along the coast.

Mice Week - July

When July arrives in Gatteo Mare, the traditional Micizia week also returns, an event characterised by shows and activities revolving around the theme of Catthe mascot of this cosy resort. From crawling races on the beach to photo contests, adults and children alike will enjoy discovering the world of these fascinating companions.

Maritime Crib - December

During the Christmas period, Cesenatico dresses up with illuminations and decorations that create a warm and evocative Christmas atmosphere. At the canal port on the old boats of the Maritime Museum, every year the traditional floating nativity scenewhich has become a point of interest for tourists and inhabitants of neighbouring villages.
