Discover the charm of Cesenatico

Cesenatico is a seaside resort in the heart of Romagna. Its origins go back to 1302 when it was known as Porto di Cesena.

The canal harbour, today became the fulcrum of the gastronomy of excellence and tourist business, was rebuilt according to a design by Leonardo da Vinci who designed its Division into two parts.

What to visit

The port canal still retains its original features, animated as then from vessels and from the characteristic village markets. Noteworthy is certainly the Maritime Museum, which exposes the prototypes of boats from the middle and upper Adriatic.

The dock and the Marina Marina Wave are located on the West side. The port of Cesenatico is also well connected with Croatia and other places of art and the neighbouring tourist for excursions with same-day round-trip.
